Certified Tourism Ambassador Program
Tourism is big business.
In Rapid City, visitor spending generates nearly $707 million in economic impact and supports over 7,200 jobs - like yours. A positive visitor experience is critical to healthy growth and development of our city.
The Rapid City Area Tourism Ambassador Program™ was developed to foster a destination-wide network of best-in-class service professionals dedicated to elevating the visitor experience. Our program is designed not just to enhance the service visitors experience today but to prepare for the future growth of Rapid City.
