Events & Operations Coordinator
The Events & Operations Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Visit Rapid City and Main Street Square events while providing essential administrative and operational support to the organization. The role’s primary focus is event-related, including logistics, vendor coordination, volunteer management, and on-site execution, complemented by administrative functions that keep operations running effectively.
Must be willing and available to work nights and weekends as needed.

The City View Trolley Driver is responsible for driving trolleys in a safe manner for a variety of city tours, shuttles, and private charters. This role helps maintain safe and clean trolleys and completes required inspections and paperwork.

Downtown Ambassador (Part-Time)
This role is crucial in welcoming and assisting visitors by providing accurate and engaging information about the city and its surrounding areas. A Downtown Ambassador not only provides practical information about local amenities, accommodations, and transportation, but also engages visitors on a personal level. This is a part-time position, working outdoors up to 20 hours per week, beginning in May and ending in September.
