Biking in the Rapid City Region

The Rapid City Bike Path or Leonard Swanson Memorial Pathway weaves its way through over 10 miles of Rapid City. 

The George S. Mickelson Trail. Connecting Deadwood to Edgemont, this rails to trails effort showcases 109 miles of Black Hills beauty. 

Mountain biking is permitted on most sections of the Centennial Trail, but it is prohibited in the eastern portion of Bear Butte State Park, within the Black Elk Wilderness, and inside Wind Cave National Park.
