A positive visitor experience is critical to healthy growth and development of our city. A first-time visit can turn into repeat business if we get it right. The Rapid City Area Tourism Ambassador Program was developed to foster a destination-wide network of best-in-class service and welcoming culture. It’s a commitment to not only serve our current visitors but to also prepare for Rapid City’s future.

How to Register
For easy online enrollment, go to CTANetwork.com and click MyCTALogin at the top of the page.
Step One: On the BOTTOM of the MyCTALogin page, click the Proceed to Activate button and follow the instructions on the page.
Step Two: Return to CTANetwork.com. Click MyCTA Log In and log in at the TOP of the log-in page.
MyCTA Login becomes My Account. Click it again and select Manage My Account.
Click the Access Enrollment Form button and proceed through class selection and check out (pay with a credit card or select Invoice Me).
Step Three: Look for a confirmation email that you are enrolled!
