Visit Rapid City (VRC) is here for you every step of the way, collecting all the different bid proposals and consolidating them into one bid binder for your selection committee to review.

Being prepared is the key to success when it comes to climbing any mountain – and the same goes when planning a meeting. Don’t get lost out there. We can set up everything for your site visit from complimentary hotel accommodations to a customized agenda for your site team, making the climb to the top of the planning journey no sweat at all!
Don’t Stop Now
In addition to all of our planning services, we can assist in pitching Rapid City to your selection committee to make this climb easier for you. This can include traveling to present to your group so they can see why Rapid City should be selected as their next meeting adventure. If your meeting has over 400 attendees, VRC can hold an attendance building booth at your event the year prior to hosting in Rapid City. This will help you build momentum for your meeting in Rapid City!

Once Rapid City is selected as your next location, stand atop that planning mountain with your chin held high and know your group has made one epic decision! Your tour guide will transition to our Manager of Destination Services. The manager takes meeting servicing to a whole new level and will help you plan your meeting by giving you unique ideas for team building opportunities, amazing off-site tours and memorable on-site entertainment; only available to our area! In addition, they can also provide complimentary event servicing, helping you relax and enjoy the view of your meeting or convention.

After achieving a memorable meeting in Rapid City, you deserve to indulge in one of our four breweries, or if beer isn’t your thing we’ve got a winery and a distillery all located downtown.
