The intimate tour is anywhere from 30-45 minutes. While on the tour, guests will experience the step by step process that each piece of jewelry goes through, from wax to inspection. After the tour, guests will be invited to shop in the factory gift shop with a special 10% tour discount.
Tours are year around, Monday through Thursday at 10:15 and 1:15.
