The Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau strives to provide excellent customer service to consumers or potential visitors seeking information on our area.  Potential visitors can request a copy of our Rapid City Visitor Guide via our online website, toll-free number, email or snail mail requests. Additionally, tourism and hospitality members provide brochures to be displayed in our Visitor Information Center located at our office in the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. Here, Visitor Information Specialists, provide local expert assistance directly to walk-ins or call-ins to make their vacation planning easy and flawless. The Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau also utilizes proven sales and marketing strategies at a variety of consumer shows. The CVB also promotes vacation packages featuring overnight accommodations and area attractions.  
 

A partnership in the Black Hills Travel Agent program also increases awareness about our destination amongst travel agents in North America and helps assist in selling our destination through their efforts.
