Annual Meeting of the Midwestern Legislative Conference

Over the last several years I have had the pleasure of working with the Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau on our annual conference.  My first opportunity was in 1996 and then again recently when the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Midwestern Legislative Conference came back to Rapid City.  The CVB is an outstanding group of people to work with.  Everyone is friendly and helpful.  The staff was available at every turn, at first helping secure space at the five hotels we needed in order to accommodate our crowd.  And, down the stretch in helping us find equipment to rent when we were running into difficulty.  They are wonderful representatives of your community as well. 

I’ve been a meeting planner for over 18 years and have never worked with a more accommodating and helpful bureau.  Thank you so much for all your support.
