Free Site Visit Terms & Conditions

The CVB will pay for up to three people who have roles in planning the meeting or convention (i.e. Event Planner, Executive Director, President of Association).

Must provide the Rapid City CVB a RFP with a minimum of 100 rooms for two nights to qualify.

Offer is valid to all association or corporate meeting planners.  Offer does not apply to state, local or reunion groups.  Not available for groups contracted within the past five years.

The Rapid City CVB will make all travel arrangements and has the discretion to qualify meeting planners and additional people who have roles in planning the meeting for this offer.
