We’ll help you find the perfect location and ensure all of your requirements are met.

Attendance Promotion

We want your meeting to be a success. We will provide promotional materials to encourage attendance and promote awareness of Rapid City and the Black Hills.

Program Planning

When it comes to planning programs and tours for your delegation, we can assist you with contacts and ideas.  We can lend assistance for spouse programs, speakers, entertainment, and pre-post-convention tours. 

Publicity

We’ll raise awareness of your organization by alerting the community when you’re in the Black Hills. Arrangements can be made for a local dignitary to welcome your organization.

Housing, Air and Ground Services

All-inclusive travel planning for your meeting or convention, including housing bureau services, reduced airfares and car rentals can be made with one simple phone call. Ask for more detailed information.

Name Badges

To save time at registration, we can  prepare your name tags in advance. 

Registration Assistance

Experienced, on-site registration personnel are available to assist you with the registration process.

Welcome Packets

We provide area information packets about our area for each attendee.
